This horse is supposed to be very enduring and sociable. Purebred species are very expensive, and can provide considerable investment. Many people consider the breed to be uselessly expensive, because this horse is no longer used for work or in combat.

This breed is renowned for its sociability and ease of training, because centuries of interaction with people have made these traits literally innate.
